1. Get a Jump on Planning and Organization:

This is the perfect time to downsize your household items. Why pack something away and carry it with you if you haven’t used it in a year? Hold a garage sale to make some extra cash and donate anything you’re not able to sell. Having fewer things to pack and move is one of the best moving hacks.
